It's been pretty swell, being that it's Monday and all, and we we're excited to start the week off with some freewrites!

After the freewrites we started this week's reading concept of tall-tales and hyperboles! We read about Pecos Bill and wrote about his feats on our graphic organizer:
After that we did a practice spelling test, which contains words from the tall-tales that we will be reading!
When we came back from recess, we kept on trucking with 3-digit by 2-digit multiplication! We taking it nice and slow on this concept as there are many steps to the get to the product! After lunch, we did some Read to Self, and near the end of the school day, we talked about our upcoming biography report and the people that can be chosen for the report!
