Tofurkey....Blarghh!

Howdy ladies and gents! What a cloudy Tuesday it is! Today was a a doozy of a day indeed!

We started the day out with a freewrite!

After our freewrite, we had a group discussion on our biography, and what our posters should look like.

Here are also a few documents we're going to be using in class in order to work on the biography.

 Afterwards we got back into the our groups to work on our skits/plays, and then we went to the library to check out some books with Mrs. Dahlin.

After recess, we went over division (again), and we prepped ourselves for the mini-quiz we're going to take tomorrow.

When we came back from lunch, we had a bit of Read to Self, and we continued to work on our skits, a project that we also proceeded to complete after recess. One the groups even managed to put on their skit today!

Near the end of the day we, got to a chance to review science concepts of parasitism and sharing resources. Here's a video on mutualism, commensalism,and parasitism:

And we started to read how animals have adapted for survival:
