What a fantastically sunny day! Not too shabby for a Monday! We started this great day going over vocab and how to monitor and clarify what your reading. We also discussed how to identify the topic, main idea, and supporting details of a text. We read a non-fiction story cold Wildfires and utilized these skills when reading.

Throughout the day, we also wrote about a good or bad food experience:
For math, we reviewed concepts dealing with coordinates and lengths in preparation for our test tomorrow.
Near the end of the day, we discussed Francis Drake and why the Spanish hated him so much.
