We Have Our Own Yelp!

Howdy folks!

Another great day it is! Here's the breakdown:

We worked on descriptive writing today by beginning to write restaurants we've been too. We discussed how to use description in order to paint a picture for the reader, as well as using our "voice" in our writing, so it doesn't sound like a robot wrote it! Here's what we a few students have so far:






In social studies, we discussed the Manilla Galleon and reread the lesson on Galvez, Portola, Serra, and their Sacred Expedition to set up Missions in Alta California.

Somewhere in between we also took a math assessment on Coordinates and Lengths
