And then we learned about the fate of the Californios and their ranchos once American settlers showed up in California:
Near the end of the day, Jena shared her historical timeline that was about gymnastics:
And she had a little clip for us that was on Kerri Strug, former Olympian on the 1996 U.S. women's gymnastics team:
