Howdy folks!
It's been a long while since a last post, so I figure I would let you in on the good stuff we have been doing working on/doing in class!
Last week we were learning about rocks, ores, and minerals for science. We took a test on all of that on Friday!
We were also getting into a bit of probability and reviewing multiplication and division during our math block.
For Social Studies, we focused on the minorities (i.e. women, Native Americans, Mexicans, Chinese) of the Gold Rush and how they were treated during that time.
We've been working on our square dancing too!
We've also been working on our fiction writing, as well as getting ready for Open House!
Two big things next week:
We got the Art Vista Art Show on Tuesday, and......GOLD RUSH DAY ON FRIDAY! I'm so stoked about that! Whoooooo!
