Today was a swell Thursday as we started it a pilot test session with the Smarter Balanced assessments. It was super gnarly and not only tested the students on their reading comprehension, but on their reasoning, typing, and mental concentration as well.
After recess, we had a presentation on how to do a front walkover to splits:
Afterwards, we worked on our writing, and then read some freewrites:
During lunch we had a Pokemon getdown!
We then read another chapter of Trumpet of the Swans
Since we couldn't get to P.E. in the morning, we had it before the school day ended!
