Howdy folks! Happy Sunday and happy Lunar New Year as well!

And on Friday we did an artifacts lab dealing with Vietnamese New Year culture:
We also had a gastronomy lab in the afternoon sampling candies that are given out during Vietnamese New Year. Unfortunately, I totally forgot to take pics. Let's just say that some of the candies were a bit too much for student in terms of flavor. I recall several students saying that the soursop candy tasted like fish:
Alrighty folks! Got to get out and enjoy the sunshine today! This upcoming week, we're going to get down with Native American research projects, Valentine's Day, summaries, ELA summatives, and perimeter and area! Cheers!
