This Monster Burrito weighs over 7 pounds

Hi folks! I'll give you a quick rundown of the happenings that went on this fine Thursday:

First we finished up Sing to the Stars. Here's the audio for it:



Afterwards we collaborated with our peers and looked for important events during the beginning, middle, and end of the story. We also summarized the story, and identified the characters and settings as well.

 

Afterwards we had P.E. with Mr.Wood and played a little o' bit of soccer.

After recess, we got into math, and focused on comparing integers:

We then discussed the meaning behind positive connotations and negative connotations, and how a word can have a connotations based on how it is used in speaking.

After lunch, we had science lab, and got down with some more knowledge on magnets. We used this this knowledge to make compasses:

Coming back from afternoon recess, we worked on our C.A. Regions poster:
