Sorry for the late post; I had to look at a bunch of catering places with my fiancee this evening; I'll just do a quick run down of the day, so you folks can get to bed!
We started the day learning about the finer points of soccer with Mr. Wood, and when we came back, we talked more about the civil rights movement, read Happy Birthday, Dr. King! and continued our understanding of cause and effect in stories. For math, we learned about using inverse operations to solve addition and subtraction algebra equations. In the afternoon, we went to the library to check out some books, reread Akiak in order to do a response-to-text writing, and continued to work on our regions poster for social studies. Bam!
