Thursday's Dish

Hey there folks!

We commenced the day with a bit of grammar! We looked in the stories that we've read so far and pulled out proper nouns from those stories. We then created and filled out bridge maps:

Afterwards, we had a bit of P.E. with Mr. Wood!! When we came back from recess, we reviewed concepts of multiplication and division in preparation for the math assessment tomorrow! We then filled out our assignment notebook, and continued to work on our writing pieces:

After lunch recess, we did some Read to Self, and then we continued our CA research project; we talked about the California state seal, and students then designed their own version of the state seal:

When we came back from afternoon recess, we spent the remainder of the time catching up on all of our unfinished work! And that, ladies and gents, is Thursday for you!
